HriPlay Studio (“we”) operates this learning community at pay.hriplaystudio.com. This policy explains what we collect and how we use it.

Information we collect

• Telegram details: your Telegram user id, username and first name, so we can grant and manage your community access.
• Payment information: processed directly by Razorpay. We receive a payment confirmation and reference id only — we never see or store your full card, UPI or bank credentials.
• Basic technical data: standard server logs (e.g. IP address, timestamps) used for security and reliability.

How we use it

• To provide and manage your membership and community access.
• To send access, renewal and expiry notifications.
• To prevent abuse and keep the Service secure.

Sharing

We do not sell your personal data. We share it only with service providers that make the Service work — primarily Razorpay (payments) and Telegram (delivery) — or where required by law.

Data retention

We keep membership and payment records for as long as needed to provide the Service and to meet legal, accounting and tax obligations.

Your rights
