These Terms govern your use of the HriPlay Studio website (pay.hriplaystudio.com) and the associated private learning community on Telegram (the “Service”), operated by HriPlay Studio (“we”, “us”). By subscribing you agree to these Terms.

1. What the Service is

The Service is an educational membership. It provides learning material, general market education, tutorials, discussion and community Q&A intended to help members understand markets, technical concepts and disciplined risk management.

2. Not investment advice

We are not registered with SEBI as Research Analysts or Investment Advisers. Nothing in the Service is investment, financial, legal or tax advice, and we do not provide buy/sell tips, trading signals, stock recommendations or portfolio management. All content is for general education only. Trading and investing in securities carry a risk of loss, and any decisions you make are your own responsibility.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter a binding contract under Indian law to use the Service.

4. Membership, billing & access

• Membership is offered on a recurring basis at the price shown on the home page. Access is granted for the stated period after each successful payment.
• Payments are processed by Razorpay. We do not store your card or bank details.
• Access is delivered digitally via a single-use Telegram invite link after payment is confirmed.
• We may send renewal reminders before your access ends.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to resell, redistribute, record or share community content or invite links, and not to use the Service for anything unlawful. We may suspend or remove members who breach these Terms without refund.

6. No guarantees

We make no guarantee of any financial outcome, profit or result. Content is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability arising from the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the preceding one (1) month. We are not liable for any trading or investment losses.

8. Changes

We may update these Terms and the Service from time to time. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms.

9. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts at Dharwad, Karnataka have exclusive jurisdiction.
